Cave Run State Park, Morehead, Kentucky.
The vignetting is due to a lens that was add to the 28mm lens that was on the camera. A field widening filter per say. My thinking is about 150 degree field. And I do like the effect the extra lensing filter added. I have used this add on lens a number of times. I removed it from a pocket camera that went bad and made an adapter to fit a SLR lens.

Really great picture. It looks really cool from a distance. It's like the picture was taken with a hole in the night that lets the color come through.
