As Louisville, Kentucky grew in the 20 and 30s, 1930s, Louisville installed many mass transit trains. They ran from downtown Louisville to out laying suburbs. As much as 50/60 miles out. All detections. Soon after world war II the automobile became the most popular means of transportation so the Mass Transit Rain System was abandoned. Very little of the Transit System is left. A few locations still live on but in decay. A shame. The tracks are still used for the big part today for cargo trains.
This boarding platform was one of the largest that serviced the Mass Rail Transit System except for the main hub at 6/7 and Broadway which is all gone today. This station is huge. Runs almost a half mile.
Miss Moonchild213 and Miss Siddhartha: where about a 1/4 mile up the tracks also shooting images.
